great product
this is great. go online, order and it comes one to two days. open, replace toner and ready to print. price is better and product seems fresher than buying in a store. i hope online purchasing from hp continues for a long time.....

The instructions were not clear as to how to get it ready to insert into the printer; there were two orange tags, one on each side; and the first one pulled off easily and the second one did not come off and eventually the tape with the powder showed and I had to stop pulling it and cut it off at that point and then placed it in the printer; we shall see if the cyan col...

Damaged my printer: Made it unusable and has to be discarded
Hello, The old Cartridge was working fine. It was finally lo won ink and bought the new one. As soon as placed in, the Door failed to lock afterwards. HP Genuine Toner is the way to go
I've purchased remanufactured toners that do not hold a light against genuine HP toners. I've learned my lesson well not to settle for lesser quality toners.

Excellent toner. Need to use HP products for HP printer. Alternative ones leave extra toner in machine and cause problems.
