Excellent product; easy to install
I got great advice and help with the customer service agent I spoke to. The toner cartridge (for an older printer that still works well) arrived quickly via FedEx. It was easy to install and is working beautifully. No problems. No complaints.

I would but this product again.
Product is perfect for printer and I have not had any problems.

great product!
used cartridge should be used as a trade-in for a substantial discount on a replacement cartridge -- it seems to me that the cost of manufacturing the cartridge far outweighs the cost of the toner ... encourage customers to make sure it gets back for refil rather than ending up in a landfill because the recycle 'incentive' is ONLY $2.00 on a cartridge which costs the co...

This is review of original cartridge
My HP Color LazerJet 3600n still has the original cartridge. A message said I should order a new one because the original is about to run out of tonner-so I did. The new one has not been installed yet. This review is about the original cartridge.

High pay for quality
Good toner with great printing results depending on printer set-up. The only thing I don't like is the early warning messages - starting at "you have less than 900 pages" to print

I will buy this product again!
It's a good quality toner it products quality documents graphs and marketing material! The only downside is the price it's pretty pricey and I wish the toner lasted a bit longer. But it is what it is and overall I'm satisfied with the quality!

It's not better than a refurbished
Price of the cartridge is double the refurbished and last as long as the refurbished. Quality and life is the same. Only bought this one because we were out and needed to print. Have two refurbished on the way.

I don't have a choice in the purchase
The printer is used mostly in my volunteer work so the cost of the cartridge is an issue to me. I like the printing quality.
