Excellent product; easy to install
I got great advice and help with the customer service agent I spoke to. The toner cartridge (for an older printer that still works well) arrived quickly via FedEx. It was easy to install and is working beautifully. No problems. No complaints.

I would buy this product again!
Good product! Not cost efficent! Product life not long enough! End life quality not good!

I prefer OEM ink cartridges
I probably print over a hundred pages of contracts a day and I prefer the HP OEM over the "recycled" brands due to the quality and performance. I have had to use the recycled ink and it does not compete with the original ink.

Expensive Toner but it works
HP LaserJets like HP toner. Can't chance anything else but HP seems to know this and charges accordingly. I have bought my color LaserJet several times over and it was more than $1 300.

I keep buying this product.
I spend the extra to purchase the HP cartridges as I never have any problems with them like I do with the aftermarket cartridges. I try to purchase them when I can get extra discounts to keep the prices in line. This printer is used daily from printing simple invoices to complex pictures and we hardly ever have a problem with the print quality.

Last purchase a dissappointment
We have been using HP products in our office this is the first time that we have had a piece of the cartridge break

to pricey
the price for these cartridges has sky rocketed over the past few years and it seems that the yield has dropped. it costs more to purchase toner than it did to purchase the printer. we will be refilling cartridges from now on

HP printer is user friendly.
I use the printer for professional papers (PowerPoint word documents) and personal (photos letters) and the copies look perfect.

This is the only disadvantage to this product. Make it worth our while to replace carts instead of replacing printers please!
