Excellent product; easy to install
I got great advice and help with the customer service agent I spoke to. The toner cartridge (for an older printer that still works well) arrived quickly via FedEx. It was easy to install and is working beautifully. No problems. No complaints.

Quill Makes it Easy
Found out out HP Purchasedge program through Quill. They take care of updating my account at HP for me! I have actually been able to get 5 FREE printers so far through this program. Thanks Quill!

Expensive cartrige !
In a small business office use it will last you over a year.

Quill Makes it Easy
Found out out HP Purchasedge program through Quill. They take care of updating my account at HP for me! I have actually been able to get 5 FREE printers so far through this program. Thanks, Quill!

Toner is expensive
The toner has good quality but is very expensive. The price keeps going up and up!!![$]for a toner cartridge is way out of line.

HP Q7583A
I use this product in my photo studio. It is a good magenta cartridge I suppose. The downside is that I can buy a new printer for about the same cost as buying a set of replacement cartridges! That is ridiculous on it's face and very bad ecologically. How can printer cartridges cost so [*] much? I can buy generic cartridges for half of that (I never have) -- why do thes...

I'll continue to purchase!
I use this printer for everyday operations at a construction company. Printer handles everything from graphs and charts to pictures for marketing uses.

I need to return because of dashes (-)
Please provide me direction on how to return this particular cartridge. We inserted another & the problem went away - thus I have to believe the problem lies with this particular cartridge. How do I proceed to exchange. The new cartridge works great & we are very pleased with the HP printer.
