Excellent product; easy to install
I got great advice and help with the customer service agent I spoke to. The toner cartridge (for an older printer that still works well) arrived quickly via FedEx. It was easy to install and is working beautifully. No problems. No complaints.

Best by far.
HP products have always been the best value for the money

I would buy this again.
It seems to have to be replaced before the toner is actually used up. There is no shaking the cartridge or using it for rough drafts if it gets low. It just stops & has to be replaced.

A regular for my busy office
In a busy office that prints a lot it is nice to have a long life printer cartridge

BAD Value
This product is a rip off @ [$] a pop dont buy HP printers that use this Q6470A Black Toner Cartridge

Quick Fast Easy
Price is my only objection. And the fact you offer no rebate or exchange for the old drum.

Always buy genuine HP products
I'm glad that I spent just the extra bit to get the higher yield cartridge and the genuine toner. You just can't be the replacement guarantees [...] HP. I've rarely had a problem, but when I have both have been eager to correct the issue. As an Executive Admin, I don't have time to deal with extra challenges. [...]

I've rarely had a problem but when I have both have been eager to correct the issue. As an Executive Admin I don't have time to deal with extra challenges. Staples is my easy button for sure.

Good product
We produce appraisal reports of various types and lengths. Most have color but the majority of print is black and white. We feel this printer is the best laser we have had to date.

Cartridges last a long time but too expensive to replace all 4 color cartridges at one time. I wait for special offers and coupons to stock up.

OEM Cartridges are second to none
I only use the OEM Cartridges the store brand/recycled cartridges don't produce the yield nor the sharp tones and colors.
