Excellent product; easy to install
I got great advice and help with the customer service agent I spoke to. The toner cartridge (for an older printer that still works well) arrived quickly via FedEx. It was easy to install and is working beautifully. No problems. No complaints.

Doesn't fit my 3600n
Ordered a replacement cartridge for my 3600n. Didn't fit and the door wouldn't close. I tried to force it in a little harder. Still won't fit. Staples is sending me a replacement but now my old empty cartridge won't go in either. So obviously my printer is now damaged.

Something's not right
I think there is a slight size difference in the HP 501A LaserJet toner cartridge. The printer door doesn't close properly. copies are awful.

Our office has been using HP black toner cartridges for our laser jet printer for over eight years and we are happy with it. The toner last long and it does not create a mess. The toner is easy to install and easy to recycle.

OEM Toner works well Benefit from discount coupons and promotions.
Can't go wrong with the OEM Toner it is expensive but that is why I keep a close eye on the Staples discounts and those surprise coupons that seem to come as promotions on a regular basis plus the reward bonus when you recycle the old toner cartridge back to the store. Every penny helps and speaking of their Staples Rewards that always seems to stack up for more do...
