Excellent product; easy to install
I got great advice and help with the customer service agent I spoke to. The toner cartridge (for an older printer that still works well) arrived quickly via FedEx. It was easy to install and is working beautifully. No problems. No complaints.

Original Cartridge; works as expected
I got a great deal with coupons through Staples! I got the best price around. Can't speak to the longevity of the cartridge yet.

HP products tend to run a bit higher than other toners but they consistently hit the mark in terms of long-term use and overall coverage. It doesn't seem to matter what type of paper I'm using etc. the look is always terrific. Great coverage
HP products tend to run a bit higher than other toners but they consistently hit the mark in terms of long-term use and overall coverage. HP is reliable
I have been using HP LaserJet printers for over 15 years. The printers are reliable and last longer than other brands I have used. The toner cartridges work every time with no extra calibration necessary.

HP is reliable

HP Black Toner
Purchased from Staples and arrived as Staples advertised. The Toner cartridge was exactly what I had ordered. I opened the sealed carton and found the cartridge was sealed and packed from the factory. I enstalled the toner and it worked beautifully. Very satisfied with the entire experience!
