Excellent product; easy to install
I got great advice and help with the customer service agent I spoke to. The toner cartridge (for an older printer that still works well) arrived quickly via FedEx. It was easy to install and is working beautifully. No problems. No complaints.

Crisp Dark Black - Best Toner
I've tried generic brands but nothing can compare to genuine HP toners. I would recommend this item.

The laser printer that just won't quit
The HP 3600n color laser printer is the best printer I ever bought. I was wary of the high cost of the print cartridges ($115.00 @) but I have printed so many high quality pages that it easily pays for itself especially when you price out color prints done professionally. I did discover that the printouts start to smudge when the cartridges are close to empty - but onl...

Ordered a toner cartridge that is not normally in stock at the store. The cartridge was ordered one day and delivered the next. Great service.
