disappointed
Ordered online [...]. When I opened the box and put the cartridge in my printer the low ink light was on and the cartridge was empty so ended up having to drive to store to replace with a new one. This is the second time this has happened with this brand in the past 2 years.

Lexmark toner cartridge
This is an older laser printer and the cartridges are not readily available. I've had consistent success with Staples. I had to order it from the Centennial store and it was delivered to my house the very next day, which I thought was awesome as I was in a serious time crunch. Lexmark Toner cartridge
It's no more & no less than i expect, a toner cartridge that works. There is nothing particular really to review. It is what it claims to be. Period. i was pretty shocked that the price had nearly doubled since the last time i bought one but i suspect that's because my printing needs are modest so cartridges last a very long time.

Lexmark 23800 Black toner Cartridge
I obtained very good service from the Manager to assisted me in locating the product and its new format of purchase. Then a Customer service person helped me with the new ordering method at the store, and even call me when the product arrived to be picked up at the store.

Lexmark has been out of the business of copiers for the last year after 20 odd years - it is required to provide cartridges for at least two years - so bulk up on these since they, and the copiers, will not be around much longer - HP or Brothers are your best bet for future replacements.

Works Nicely
We print an exceptional amount of paperwork in our office with this toner. It lasts a short time for us, but we get well over 1800 pages with this. I am satisfied with it, however, it is pricey. I would recommend this to a friend. It has a clean replacement, and it is so easy to install and prints very sharply!

cartridge last long time
Have used the lexmark laser printer for many years. The cartridge lasts for 4-5 months. We print many invoices and book lists for customers. The toner keeps going even after it shows that the toner has run out. We take the toner cartridge out and give it a shake. Then it is good to go for a few more days. Excellent!
When print fades: Remove cartridge and SHAKE WELL to get longer life.
Main issue: a bit pricey. Overall, a great product. I like that the company makes effort to recycle.

Toner runs out before you do
This product is used by a small business, we print daily. It is easy to replace, but the problem is the life expectency is poor. They don't tell you that the 2000 possible pages is if you only print on 5% of the page, so if you are planning on printing several hundred pages, think twice about how many cartridges you will need. Great for volume but extremely expensive
I love the fact that the lexmark printer is fast and prints out quickly and can print volume. I need to print copies of almost every document I receive to keep good records. However, it is far to expensive for me to keep my Lexmark printer as the cartridge is much more than others.
