Ink was very expensive. Has gone up significantly. I did not want the XL one but it was all u had. Cashier told me the XL was larger size? It wasn’t. I was also not satisfied nor did I understand his explanation about the 9 cartridges I returned. Also said he couldn’t find any record of the others I returned years and months before. How come? Then I couldn’t use the $10...

The amount of ink in the cartrige
It seems that the cartige is containing less ink than in years past. I seem to need almost twice as much ink to print then I did a year or two ago.
Also, it is getting hard to find individual ink colors and you are forced to buy the whole pack of inks.
One thing good is that they do match other prices. A $1.00 off the price is better than none.

Expensive Necessity
Glad Staples stocks the ink I need, but would prefer buying colors as they run out, rather than four in a package, and I feel the price is outrageous. At least you can earn points (coupons don’t work on much that you would buy at Staples), but just lowering the price would simplify everything. Low inventory
Have been buying ink cartridges from Staples for years and all of a sudden the ink selection for Epson combo packs that include black or any XL packs of any color are not in stock at this time. What gives with this?
