When I put the cartridge to my printer (P2015dn) print out all text color is dark gray not black?

Ridiculously expensive, low yield.
Sorry, the cost per page with these toner cartridges is just ridiculous. "Buy the printer for cheap and then the supplies will eat you alive". Same way they sell razor blades. Sorry, it just pisses me off.

Ink cartridge
Thi ink was okay—gave it a 3 because it should have been darker and bolder. That is HP’s fault—trying to cut corners while greatly increasing the price. Would not recommend.

Outstanding Customer Service!
I went in to purchase a toner cartridge but it was not in stock at the store. An extremely helpful employee ordered it on line for me and it was delivered in two days. I was also able to drop off three cartridges for recycling. Easy!

Very nice that you had this old cartridge in stock. Our printers work well unless we need toner. Gentleman that delivered was excellent. He put the heavy paper exactly where I asked. I will continue with using Staples.

Sometimes I can buy on line.....
and sometimes I can't. Last week when I bought this I had to hunt all over for a Staples that had it in stock. It was not available on line. Today, I see where it can ordered on line. I don't understand. That being said, I believe it is a good toner--gets the job done, but wish in was less expensive!
