Not happy
I dislike the fact that I have a machine that will not run when one color runs out. In the future I will be more careful in picking a product that better suits my needs when printing.

Genuine ink works perfect.
I always use genuine Epson ink, because I do not print a tremendous amount and what I print comes out beautiful.

This item is broken and I need to return it. It won't snap into the slot in the print head, it keeps popping out. I use these all the time, it's just a fluke.

Service Good but Product Costly
The service at Staples was great, as usual. The product continues to be overpriced, restricting my use. Epson is not allowing competition "to protect the equipment I bought", as well as guaranteeing that I get the best possible quality.
