Good purchase/Excellent Service
Purchased a replacement cartridge- had to exchange for a different one. Customer service accomplished everything with no problems. Great folks to work with!

expiration date causes ink to be wasted
These cartridges seem to expire long before the ink is gone. The plotter won't print with expired cartridges. Seems like a bad design and certainly is wasteful.

Can't talk about shipping!!
For some reason the matt black printhead fails much sooner than all the rest. And I can't mention shipping because HP won't allow it in a review!!

super reliable ink cartridges
Can't say enough about the HP70 ink cartridges and printing system. I get consistent performance & amazing color reproduction.

It works fantastic! Just too expensive
It pays to use hp ink don’t buy the Reasonable priced Ink you willl regret it like I did now just my wallet is hurting not my machine.

Can't beat the quality.
This printer is terrific. It's not cheap to operate, but you can't beat the quality of its output. Being able to print on all the different substrates is also great. It does wonderful work on canvas, besides, photo paper, and all the others.
