I purchased this item because I saw it attached to the chair of the lady who sold me my new car. I went home researched it and found the cheapest price at Staples. Did not work in my Subaru, now can't return

No really what I was expecting - Upper support not good.
I found the lower support good but the upper support is too narrow and uncomfortable. You can't move to the sides or do anything without feeling bad. I believe this is only to work completely straight looking to the front.

SUPERIOR QUALITY AND MUCH RELIEF
Not only has my back felt better but I think sitting straight has also helped out with my irritable bowel syndrome. This support has been a much needed relief. Don't wait, get it now as you deserve it.

Decent
I spend a lot of time in my office at the computer and my neck and shoulders were starting to hurt from it. I ordered this hoping it would give me some relief. It's not the best but it has helped some.

Looks funny, feels great
I now have three of these Fellowes back supports: one for home computer chair, one for home art studio chair, one for work office chair. People are always so skeptical when they see the shape! My husband even has one in his home office.

GREAT LUMBAR SUPPORT!
Very comfortable on my back but gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it slides down the chair and ends up in the wrong place for lower back support.
