Too much ink on one side.
At times the ink printed heavily (blurred) on one side of the printed documents. Shaking the toner worked for a short time then it did it again. Happened 3 or 4 times but now seems OK. This was the first time I have had trouble with replacement toner.

Will have to purchase because of printer
Printer is very fast and efficient. Cartridge just doesn't last very long.

"Dual packs keep our printers inked."
We have three busy printers using HP 12A. Dual packs allow us to save a little money and keep us stocked up on ink.
