The products is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!
We print children's books use it for real estate documents in our 2nd business. We also make copies of important documents but it's life is not long enough & the prices are way too high!!!! Too EXPENSIVE!!! We are actually considering spending $$ for a new printer ONLY so we don;t have to buy these over-priced catridges any longer since we are a high user!! Thanks C...

Good but expensive. Should be able to return empty cartridge for credit.

I like the all-black option.
I use two printers - one color and one b/w. I like having this b/w laser option for both drafts and presentation pieces.

Use for a 2 sided monthly newsletter for my building. The number of copies advertised don't apply due to the printing density of my document.
