THANK YOU STAPLES!!!
It works with my printer. It's the best brand I know of and have used this brand exclusively. When I install a cartridge in my HP printer it acknowledges that it's the best brand.

It would be better if cheaper in price
We are an appraisal firm and use this toner at least 5 times a day. Dosen't jam! Just wish it were a little cheaper in price.

Better than refils
As you would expect it's better than the refils. It's a bit expensive but you get what you pay for.

I tried a generic once never again.
It is the easiest toner I've ever replaced. Just drop it in & go back to work.

Wish I could buy generic....
We get a lot of use both business and personal out of our HP all-in-one but like so many manufacturers HP prices their supplies higher than necessary. I'd be happy to buy generic if it were as easy to purchase as the HP products at Staples.

should be more cost effective
for this price it should last much longer and the toner starts to fade rather quickly. Improvements should be made.

HP Laser Jet 1020 printer works for me
I print papers from emails + things that I do for my Church high school committee reunions nursing class newsletter. The laser jet printer and its toner give high quality.

HP12A Toner
Our experience with HP toners has always been excellent. Our company only buys HP toners for each & every HP printer / machine we have.

Good Print Quality
I have used the HP 12A toner cartridge on my low-end LaserJet 1012 for years with good results. Very good print quality on text and graphics. Never messy replacement is easy. Only complaint in use is that toner distribution gets uneven toward end of cartridge life resulting in vertical strips on printed page with washed out text/images. Removing toner cartridge shaki...

What happened to the single pack?
The price point is a bit high for the two-pack if you just need a quick replacement cartridge. (Single unit packs[...] have returned thankfully.) We use a lot of these.
