Seems to be working fine
Helpful people in your store for a senior citizen that needed the product and uses the printer but did not know what I needed. Courteous and helpful and cheerful with someone that was unsure of what was needed. I am on my way back now for another product with which I need help. Many thanks.

Always dependable but always pricey
If off-brand toner cartridges were dependable I would buy them due to price. My experience with off-brand cartridges has not been good. I am now back to OEM products.

Always dependable but always pricey

Unhappy with the price & actual number
As stated above much to pricey for the number of actual pages produced. I do not plan to use the printer as often as I did in the past.

High High High: Quality-Cost-Burn Rate
The cartridge has more more print capability than apparent at end - just shake it for another ten % use but no information about that. No capability to issue warning signal when within 5-10 pages of end so copy or print job can go to waste. Printing of samll figures not clear.
