Excellent service
When I needed a new cartridge for my printer I pulled up in front of Staples - not knowing what to expect during the virus - an agent wearing a mask and gloves came out to the car then went in the store and promptly brought my item to my car. And after running my credit card he wiped it with a sanitizer! Their service is great during non-virus times.

HP 12A Black Toner Cartridges - Always Reliable
I have used this same cartridge for many years and it never fails me. It is quite easy to install and is quite clean during both installation and any shaking that may be done to obtain maximum use. There has never been a time when the cartridge has been damaged before being opened and although the plastic packaging can be hard to open at times it is worth the effort...

Lasts a long time.
Though expensive at the outset 12A cartridges last me about 18 months at an expense of about $5 per month. This is for individual personal use with extra use for copies donated to my church. LOVE the free overnight shipping!!!
We have an issue in our office with people telling me they took the last toner cartridge and then it's an emergency when they start to see faded printing. We live in a small town and have extremely limited access to local purchases, so always knowing the HP delivery is just a day away is a HUGE comfort!!

I purchased this Printer refill cartridge recently as I continue using my Lazerjet printer which I purchased several years ago, and in which I am extremely satisfied. Cartridges typically last for 6 months as they can print thousands of pages between being replaced..
