I have used HP products for 20 years never had any complaints. I have always been happy with HP.

It works each time every time
I got my laser printer 3 years ago for cheap after rebates and didn't intend to replace the toner but rather just toss it since I don't really need a laser printer at home. But it works so well and I got used to the quality and speed (relative to ink jets) that I've replaced the toner a few times now. Worth the Extra Cost
I really appreciate the extra prints I get from the 15X HP cartridge for my HP1200 personal laser. In my business where there are never enough hours to do everything it is nice to do one chore less often. Thanks HP for the HP 15X.

Worth the Extra Cost
