Use HP toner cartridges for HP printers
I believe in using products specifically made for particular printers. That way, the performance is superior and there are no unexpected problems. Why try something else, with the hope of saving a couple of dollars?

HP 12A cartridge
The toner has been typically of good quality, especially when the printer allows you to adjust for economical toner amounts

Doesn't affect my purchase .

it does the job
i don't think i get 2000 pages out of it but otherwise it's a great product. so much better than ink jet!
