You get what you pay for...
For several years we had been using "recyled" cartridges...however the last two were a mess..the company say they were guaranteed but they never followed up on the RMA...SO..back to Staples for a HP 12A 2-pack...What a relief...this is our second 2-pack and were thrilled with the results...

It is what I expected it to be
I have a small insurance agency and the little hp3015 printer I bought back in March 05 has been a true "work horse". I'll definetly be buying another HP printer when and if this one ever dies!!

Sharp & Clear Copies
All copies are consistently sharp and clear! No fading in print. The last sheets look as good as the first sheets.

Works well - most of the time
Good for small business use. We have had one cartridge that jammed in the printer; usually the installation and removal is very smooth.

What a Toner Cartridge!
Compact clean no mess to install and all the necessary materials to recycle the used cartidge and make mother earth greener!

Trying to get the last fifty pages out of the cartridge is a messy business. I appreciate the price stability of this product over time.
