Great product
We have never had any cartridge problems and they even offer free recycling of the product [...] Highly recommend HP products.

Excellant product. Highly overpriced.
I use this product for all of my color printing requirements although it is highly overpriced.

Excellent product although a bit pricey
I have had this printer for about 2 and a half years. I have replaced the cartridge on average about every 8 months while getting about 3000 copies from each cartridge. I use the setup screen to reduce toner consumption and I have not noticed any degradation in quality. I only wish the price were about 20% less otherwise it is all I could hope for.

Competent and Reliable
Using HP 1012 series LaserJet printer for a multitude of cases from letters to graphics and photo images for both work and home. Had tried with Staples branded laser cartridge of a different printer model the Staples brand I will never buy again.

Clean and easy to replace but have to change cartridges too often. It does last as long as expected.

Does what HP says it will...I still think it is a shame HP stopped [...] from selling their replacement brand. Same performance at a much better price.
