NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE DUE TO ABNORMAL DELAY
ABNORMAL DELAY AND CASUAL APPROACH. PROACTIVE APPROACH WAS MISSING. BLAME GAME WAS PRACTICED.

Amazing!
The whole process was amazing. I replaced the black toner in my printer and like magic the printer was able to print. I don't know how they do this.

Have no Choice
If the printer is HP the only choice is an HP brand product otherwise the outcome is of a lesser quality. HP has it hands down are products they sell. I feel we are all victims under their control. So in short I have to rate the product a 5 Star.
