Bought a laser print cartrdige by mail
It was delivered promptly in only one day. I was very pleased.

FAR fewer pages than claimed.
NOT happy with this. I have to print 25 - 30 pages per week for work. Out of that two or three pages might have graphics and the rest are plain text. At approximately 840 pages I'm getting HUGE white streaks/spaces on pages; i.e. missing toner. Tried gently shaking & rotating the cartridge. That helps for about 15 pages then the white streaks occur again. Going to e...

Old toner cartridge found quickly and efficiently
I really had my doubts that I could even find this cartridge. the Laserjet 1022 is at least 15 years old. It is the only printer compatible with the very old Mac that has Word on it so I was happy to find such an easy(though expensive) solution to the problem. s

Customer service very helpful!
There was an initial mix-up...I was sent two toners! To be honest it was a miscommunication on my part. But customer service was great and took care of the problem quickly and easily. The toner arrived fast and in good condition. Highly recommended!

very expensive . more price than printer. so better to purchase new printer or else go for local market for compatible
