great product
Simple HP printer still working after several years. Glad to find toner for it. Wish they would stop making so many different toners for all printers available. Wish HP had the point system that you could get free cartridge back after returning the empty ones.

Quantity and Quality
I have tried other toner cartridges and always come back to the HP. The others don't have the right mix and produce less copies. They also make my machine squeal. So I feel that I am getting the better bargain by buying the originial HP 12A Black toner cartridge.

We need this item refilled on a regular basis; re-order is always easy to do product is first rate and dependable delivery is ALWAYS when promised. We do not waste time now looking for other sources to obtain this item.
