Well It's hard to write a review on such a "staple" product. It is so dependable and reliable and cost effective. We use HP printers in areas with heavy printing needs and I have tried to get replacement printers; when needed; that use the 12A cartridge because it is good solid choice. Solid product
I always use the actual Hewlett Packard cartridges 100% of the time. The recycled cartridges though a good idea don't seem to be of the same quality thus not worth the small difference in price. These seem to last me 3 months in a small business setting and I can shake them a few times to get every last bit out of them. I have never had any problems with Hewlett Pac...

12A Black Toner Cartridge
I give the 12A Black Toner Cartridge an A as I do a lot of printing and the print quality is excellent. I have never had any problems with this product. I always receive excellent service from Staples.

Get What You Pay For
Toner cartridges cost a lot of money sometimes they cost more than a cheapy laser printers. On a few occasions I have disposed of the printer when it was jammed or out of service because of poor quality toner and replace the entire machine.I had previously decided to buy less expensive generic brand toners manufactured by companies other than the printer manufacturer....

Good quality
I purchased my HP laser printer more than 5 years ago and I love it and I love the toner. It lasts a long time it's easy to install and for the price I get a lot of good quality.

Good quality
