HP 12A Black Toner Cartridges
I have been approached to use refurbished toner cartridges but prefer to use HP toner in my HP printers

If At First...
We bought an HP 1012 printer and have had few problems with it. The occasional paper jam of course but that's to be expected with virtually every printer. And we extend the life of the cartridges with a judicial shake when the print contrast begins to decline. However the first toner cartridge we just bought was defective. Questionable Shipping policy
The last online order I placed for HP toner was shipped without putting the toner carton in another box. Frequently boxes incurr shipping damage and I believe that laserjet toner should be shipped in a carton other than just the carton the toner is in from HP. I have not used that toner cartridge yet so I don't know if it has any damage.

It looks great!
I enjoy this product as it lasts a long time and it is easy to install. I am 63 yrs old and other products are hard to install. Its a quick and easy process. It takes less than 5 minutes. I have used this product for over 2 years now and I am quite happy. I like the fact that I do not have to keep replacing this cartridge often it's very convenient to not have to runni...
