THANK YOU STAPLES!!!
It works with my printer. It's the best brand I know of and have used this brand exclusively. When I install a cartridge in my HP printer it acknowledges that it's the best brand.

Easy to install and easy to use
I had almost no warning that it was getting low; on the plus side however Staples delivered in one day.

Works Great Every Time
As an instructor at the College level I need to make clean clear copies of documents from sites online so that I can get copies made for my students. I appreciate my HP LaserJet with a good cartridge because it does a great job every time.

Nothing says genuine like HP
I have never gotten a defective cartidge from HP

I would gladly use this product again!!
I believe my last cartridge last about 2 years...pretty darn good.

HP REPLACEMENT; WORKS GOOD AS ADVERTISED
The toner cartridge works as required which is nothing unusual for HP products.

Normally reliable.....but
Normally the 12A is a great cartridge. But I have several lately that leaked toner. I bought the twin pack. [...]. HP would not send a replacement either. Very disappointing! Especially when you consider that these cartridges cost more than $70 each. [...]
