HP cartridge
This is a perfectly good cartridge. Easy to install. Easy to replace. It is pricey however and the ink could last longer. But overall this product has remained consistent since I began using it in 2004.

Works great
I've had problem installing toners in the past but this was easy to install and worked immediately no adjustment required.

Works great

Great toner!
I have been using the Hewlett Packard Laserjet 3015 and the 3050 for about 5 years and it has been a great printer for me. I have one at home and one at work. Great toner!

Have used this product for years.
I used this 12A ink and toner product for at least six to eight years. It is easy to remove and install from the printer. It does not make a mess at all. All the ink remains in the cartridge. Excellent reliable
Cartridge always available. Easy to install and replace. Documents are crisp and easily produced. Staples ink and toner program make this an econimical choice in replacement cartridges. Just what I expected-first class!
the product came in a timely manner and was easy to install and works well for my uses. I like on-line shopping with Staples as well as in store and it is my only choice for supplies for the last 10 years.

Good Product but Pricey!
The product does all that it should but I just find it too expensive. Perhaps a discount for bringing back the empty cartridges would make me buy all my toner at Staples. I usually go to a store that refills the cartridges and pay $30 less that I pay at Staples. I do appreciate the Staples Rewards that helped me purchase the twin pack of A12 toner cartridges.
