THANK YOU STAPLES!!!
It works with my printer. It's the best brand I know of and have used this brand exclusively. When I install a cartridge in my HP printer it acknowledges that it's the best brand.

Excellent quality
Great value but price just keeps going up and up unfortunately. Eventually it will not be a good value after all.

Price has gotten way to expensive!!!!!
Has gotten too pricey really fast! Sorry you do not have this as a refill

Too few copies
HP Toner cartridge is not a good value for the price because it does not provide sufficient copies. for this reason it is very unlikely that i will purchase another HP printer or all in one machine.

I buy this product because I need too.
this is used in a fax machine and it is a good product but very pricey.

I no longer use 12A cartridges.
I have completed this survey before and I no longer use 12A cartridges. I am currently using 78A which I am very satified with.

I like the product and use it alot!
I use this product in (2) Laser Printers and (2) Laser faxes. I like the Muliple packaging and the reduced price.
