12A toner
sometimes the toner leaks.

Printer Cartage
Cost is about the same as local plus it is delivered to my door in just a couple days. I can count on it be fresh and orginal HP product.

Good as always
For the capacity I think the price is high, despite the fact that the two-pack is a better price than buying the cartridges individually. Installation is quick and simple.

Damaged drum
I bought this online from Staples b/c it was the only way to redeem the double Rewards. The cartridge I received leaves 1 inch marks on boths sides of the document every 4 inches. Worse I bought it with the Staples credit card (Citibank) which means if I forget to mail the payment within 21 days I get zapped with a late fee. Of course I know that's what they're countin...

Better than remanufactured!
I can really tell the difference using genuine HP products over remanufactured cartridges.
