Totally a ripoff! There was supposed to be a 25% back reward but I can't find any information on that now.

There is some confusion as to if a coupon online can be used in the store only vs online. Needs to be address. It would appear that a coupon or discount can be used either way.

Seems to be less ink
I've always trusted HP, and while I'm not sure, this last cartridge seemed to run out of ink in less than half the time for all previous ones - do they now contain less ink?

Staples never has ink cartridges in stock despite what s on the self. Credits for recycling cartridges are good for 2-3 days before expires. Don’t waste your time at brick and mortar stores. Much cheaper prices online and in stock at other retailers

It is a little expensive plus you only get $2 for empty cartridge . It should be a led to refill it at a lower cost.

Great product & service
I use my laser printer a lot. Especially when I have to print many pages at a time. So when I need the ink...I need it fast! Who cares It works or it does't.
It is the only type of Cartridge that works becides the ones bought on line. The Fax/Printer is a bit of a pain in the ass to use but I work with what I have.
