Excellent Print Quality
I use the 12A HP laser toner for all my printing needs with the exception of colour printing. The print quality is exceptional from the first page to the final page during high volume printing and I don't have to worry that a statement or bill is going to have a 'smear' or 'streak' down the middle.

Good product very good quality.
Quality of ink is very good and quite clear when copies are made.

HP Doesn't mean quality
cartridge supposed to last 2000 copies only lasted about 800 copies (873 to be exact) only made it 6 hours then said to replace.

Better Buyer on the dollar
I like the prints and get good copies. I wish it can be a bit cheaper.

Good quality
The original HP brand is good quality. However the cartridge life seems to be shorter for the last few cartridges I've used. I didn't think my usage had changed that much. Need more promos/sales on HP toner.

Good quality
