GPR-18
The store had received the cartridge and it sat in the store for a day or two without anybody contacting me.
I finally made a special trip to the store to make inquiry. The cartridge was sitting at the pick up desk OPENED, however nobody from Staples had contacted me.
Poor attention to customer service.

Very Pleased
CPA office with Canon Image Runner and 3 HP Printers. Have always been pleased with HP but toner costs have risen too high and cost per page printing from my IR is less than half the cost. I am actually more pleased with the quality of the documents from the IR than the HP's so, it worked out best...now...what to do with an HP-1200, 2015 and 2035?
