Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

These headphones get job done. Sounds is good and Mic is excellent. However the wire is annoying and these headphones are not comfortable at all.

Great product; reasonable cost
This wasn't the purchase I initially had in mind for m co-worker's on-line classes but was recommended by the associates at my local store. It installs quickly and provides crisp clear sound quality. The headset is very comfortable. The microphone needs to be adjusted in-line with the user's mouth for the best sound output but otherwise it's a great buy!

Clear sound
Used this headset for a 3 hour zoom meeting. Clear sound. After about 2 hours my ears were hurting a little. Stretching/straightening the middle of the headset eased this a bit. Overall nice headset for the money.

Microphone does not work
Before purchasing this item I talked with a Staples employee on this product and another one. This item was their recommendation. I'm going to return it because the reason I bought it was for the microphone. I'm so disappointed that the mic does not work.

I was a tad hesitant to buy these but I'm glad I did. They work just great for Zoom and Video calls. My computer mic just isn't up to par alone and with these headphones no one has a problem hearing me.

Excellent sound just one thing I would have liked
What would have given this a 5 star rating would be if I was able to adjust the bar over the head to expand or shorten it. also if the bar for the mic had that same feature. Otherwise it is great.
