Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

They were good. Served it's purpose.
They were a little too tight and heavy on my head. Guess I was used to my Plantronics headphones for work. I used them until I got a replacement from the Company I work for. The sound and clarity very were good. Would have been nice if they were also lighter and wireless.

Microphone position
The microphone is positioned for the left ear only. This required my desk setup to be disturbed. Volume is a large round control that is easily bumped lowering and increasing volume by accident. Super uncomfortable NO stars!!
I’ve had Logitech headsets before that worked great and could be worn the entire day without any issues. These are awful. Couldn’t find a comfortable angle. I returned them.

Stopped working
I bought it for Zoom meetings. It stopped working about 35 minutes into it. Very disappointing. I forgot to check if it was made in China if so probably why it quit working. They overwork their slaves.

Logitech H390 Computer Headset
Excellent Headset. I bought 2 so far one for home and one for the office. It is perfect for Zoom meetings. The cord has a good length and you can adjust the volume using the in-line remote. Highly recommended. 5 Stars.
