Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Not a Happy Customer
I guess the old adage "You get what you pay for" is true. My microphone will cut out during zoom calls. And it takes several minutes for my headset to click in. It's like a delay in the Head Phones. Great Sound!
I LOVE this headset I work from home and have to be on the phones as part of my duties and generally speaking it only picks up louder noises in the back ground. When listening to music it is awesome.

My go to headset
I have used many different computer headsets over the last 30 years. I have always come back sent to this model. Performance is outstanding for the price. With normal use they usually last me one to two years. Far better than a lot of the cheaper headsets.

Cancels some noise during meetings
For the most part the headsets are good but after an hour or more it causes ear pain then your concentration is divided by the discomfort. Overall it's a plug and play experience.

Good Quality Headset
The headset is a nice quality headset. I have purchased lower cost headsets and they did the job but were not as comfortable over the ears. The thin cushions would wear down over time. These cushions are thick and comfortable. I was also pleased with the clear sound and long cord.

Good sound but some ear "weightiness"
I am using the headset regularly. I like the sound and apparently others can hear me. I personally find that I have to rest my ears from the pressure on them no matter how I adjust or reposition the earphones. Others may not find this.
