Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Good headset for short term wear
This little headset makes my video calls much easier. I don't have to use my stage voice to be understood and I can hear better too. They are a little tight for me so I wouldn't be able to use them for half a day without getting a splitting headache. But for an hour at a time they're great. Good quality and a great price.

Ear pain
These have plenty of padding but they still hurt my ears. I wear eye glasses so I needed a headset that fit over my ears not on.
