Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Very Good Comfortable Headset

Logitech 390 Headset
Headset fits nicely is light and comfortable. Mic has plenty of adjustments without feedback. Headset has nice sound also. It was just what I needed a competent light headset that was not real expensive. Work’s better than expected for a midrange product. It’s nice that it’s USB also so no messing around with mic/speaker plugs. I highly recommend.

Store Error
Inconvenient. The sensor was left on the headphones and I needed it for work the next morning. I ended up returning it to the store and purchasing another one from another company.

Great sound and mic......tough on the ears
It has really helped me communicate with students on zoom.....switching back and forth between headphones and computer is seamless....and a user friendly mute button with red flashing light only negative is it could use more padding for the ears

Tight fit for long wear

High Quality Low Interference
The sound quality is great on these headphones. I used this to replace a headset with phone wires to remove interference that I was experiencing on the phone wires. The USB cable is less susceptible to interference. I bought another set for use on a Chromebook and it is easier to hear live content with these than through the speakers.

Works well
I'm a professor and I use this headset for online teaching. The sound is clear the microphone works well and I've never had any issue with it. The only problem with this headset is it can get uncomfortable after more than an hour or two of use. But it's a solid product.
