Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Last one like it lasted over 10 years
I purchased one of these over a decade ago and it finally died. Something that lasts that long in today's world however is worth replacing so I did with the same model. The sound is great and the microphone is clear plus it's comfortable.

Incredible voice transmission and sound reception quality for such a low price. We liked it so much we now have 3--one for each of us in the family.

Good Headset
I have owned numerous of the earlier editions. This is a good headset clear has some bass bump and all my friends say I am clear when talking to them. Ear pad in earlier versions have worn out and stripped off. Just waiting for it to happen with this one.

This headset works well. Very clear and needed in a pinch during Covid-19. The microphone is on the left side and my other one was on the right. Just takes a bit to get use to. Overall impressive for the price.

Headphones are decent
These headphones are pretty good. The ear piece doesn’t fit over the ear and have a tendency to fall off your head. The speaker arm is a little stiff and I am concerned it might break. But you are able to hear fine with them.

Hurting head wearing this headset

Mediocre uncomforable headset
Mediocre headset that is very uncomfortable to wear more than 3 minutes. Clunky microphone button displayed red light... Solid for on blinking for mute which is cumbersome to use and not clear when muted or not. This is true with many of the lower-end headset. Severely overpriced for its poor function and design. Would not purchase again and will likely return.

It was great. I plugged it in my zoom people could hear me and I could hear them. It was a step up from the lowest costing one but I thought it would be worth it. It was. I know the Logictech brand. I would recommend it.
