Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Can't get it to work
While I'm sure this unit is very good from Logitech I also have a webcam with a built-in mic along with external speakers. All of these plus the Logitech headset are installed. But I can't get the headset to work -- just the webcam and external speakers. Perhaps those are over-riding the headset?

I am somewhat of an audiophile and bought this unit strictly for meetings on my laptop. However I have been listening to Tidal music service which if you are not familiar with this is a high definition streaming service. I find the sound quality quite good. the comfort for the most part is fairly good as well well worth the price and functionality.
