Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

A bit dissapointed given the price point
Purchased this in-store on May 9 for $42.79 incl. tax. The purchase was to replace one that broke. I find it LESS comfortable to wear than the prior one which was much less expensive. "Over-the-Head" should not be confused with "over-the-ear". This headset sits ON your ears - not very comfortable for today's work-from-home video-meetings-all-day world. That said if you're not looking for ultra-comfort these do work well for sound quality etc.

Terrific headset
Excellent sound very comfortable. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is that volume control button on the cord is not sufficient— also need to adjust volume on the computer— and instructions don’t tell you that. But very good value.
