Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

great lightweight headset
Was needing a whole bunch of lightweight headsets that work with USB connection and had microphone to use with laptops at home during the work from home VIRUS crises. These were great! Employees loved them! Great product great price!

Great deal
I bought this while I was working remotely and my old headset died. It’s works fine and has clear connection. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the mouthpiece doesn’t turn much so you can only have it on the left side of your face.

I would have given it five stars except that the headset bothered me after wearing for hours. However that could just be me needing to get used to it since I've never used one before. I believe it was a good purchase choice and would reccomend to a friend.
