Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Does All I Need for Remote Work Meetings
Plugged it into a usb slot and it was ready to go... couldn't be easier. Automatically shows as an option for all audio sites and apps (Zoom YouTube etc.). Great headset!
Second version of this brand I’ve tried and it’s the winner by far. Great quality sound and since the boom is on the left and I’m right handed I’m not constantly bumping it when I move. So no unwanted sounds...I do miss the mute light the other version had but for pro level work this is a solid performer!

This is a great headset!
This headset works very well! I can hear conversations very clearly even with my radio playing in the background. Additionally the noise cancelling microphone really does cancel out other background noises (music news on the radio cat meows etc.)! I would highly recommend this product.

Good headset
I've owned 3-4 of these headsets. They provide good sound through both the headphones and mic. I needed another headset for working from home and Staples was the only place that had stock. It arrived and works as expected so I'm happy.

Good value for features
USB corded headset works as expected with pretty good sound quality. The inline volume and mute control is very useful for meetings. They can cause a little discomfort on ears but if you loosen up the head fit and once broken in it’s a non issue. Played cod with them and it’s better then expected for price as main function was wfh.

Excellent audio quality. Plug and play worked for Teams Skype Business and WebEx on WIN 10 machine. Only complaint is they are a little big but probably more comfortable than more sleek headsets.

Works well but not very comfortable
Sound quality is good reliable broadcasting. However the headset pinches my head tightly and after less than an hour of listening my ear drums hurt.

Logitech H390 headphones work great!!
Working remote from home my employer sent along with me headphones that failed to work at all so ordered these online from Staples. They worked awesome! comfortable on the head and the ears. The mic was confortable in its place for speaking. Thanks Staples. Received in a timely manner too!
