Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Overall this is a good headset. I have only had it for about for about 4 days so far. I have used it for 8 hours each day. The headset has good sound quality and the mic works well. Works fine and...
…It would be nice if you could shut off (as opposed to muting) the head set without unplugging it. Otherwise does the job on Zoom.

Windows 10 recognizes it immediately. Audio quality is fine on both ends of the call. It can get a little uncomfortable after an hour - build quality is good but it’s still a budget item. Logitech H390 Computer Headset Over-the-Head Black (981-000014) Review
I am really enjoying this headset. The headset works very well as I am able to hear very clearly. When speaking into the microphone the other parties that are on my teleconference state that they are able to clearly understand what I am saying as if I am in front of them. I am very please with my purchase and I highly recommend this particular set.

Good reliable set!
Very good set especially at this price! Using it for voice over work on the computer. Decent headphones but nothing great. Mic works fantastic! No outside noise and very clean. Highly recommend at this price point!
