Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Good sound- but a little small
The sound quality is really good- TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!! However the headset itself is a little small and stiff. I have a small head and the earpieces were pressing into my head a bit. Had to leave it stretching out for a few days to loosen it.

Great headset
It isn't to heavy on your head sound is great and it blocks out all my dogs barking so not everyone on the phone hears them.

Great headset for everyday calls - H390
The headset has great sound definition, its noise cancelling is quite good (I live in a noisy street and no one else, in the call I have every day, could hear the car engines), they are also comfortable and the control to mute/unmute placed in the cable is also good. Quality for the cost

Poor padding
The headset does its job. My complaint is that there isn’t enough padding for your ear so it hurts a lot if you are wearing them for a long time. I’m disappointed because I loved the color and it was matching my pink keyboard and mouse

Is Smaller than H540
When shopping it might be hard to tell the difference between Logitech H390 and Logitech H540. I decided to buy one of each. The H390 ear piece is smaller more petite than the H540.
