Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Clear but Contrictive
The speaker quality and mic are very clear. The length of the cord is more than adequate for connection purposes. However the headset is very tight and constrictive no matter how it's adjusted. Incompatible
These work OK plugged into the back of a laptop of course but they are not compatible with many IP telephones. The only way to get telephone sound to the headset is by opening a meeting (e.g. Zoom) in headset mode. Before ordering check compatibility!
