Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

Pretty good
But slightly disappointing for recording my own voice compared to my 21 year old Logitech usb headset. But maybe it's just because I'm used to the way I sound with that one. This new one does have better ambient noise canceling with its microphone which is a plus.

Good headset but not bluetooth
I like the headset. I have good luck with Logitech products however I was not happy with the packaging. The wires were hidden and the USB connector picture looked like a Bluetooth dongle. I should have looked at the description better but better packaging could have helped.

I purchased this USB headset inside the local store not online. But I love it. The only problem is when I wear it for a long time it does start to hurt my ears a bit.
