Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

It has meet all that I have asked of it. It fit over the ears well and can be worn with comfort for long periods of time. I would recommend these to anybody.

The headphone was easy to install once the instructions were googled. The company should include directions for how to install the headphones. Otherwise the sound quality through the headphones is very clear.

I returned it
I was having trouble with my mic on my computer so I bought these headphones with an included mic. I found the headphones uncomfortable to wear. There also was no useful instructions on how to connect them to my computer and I never got any sound thru the mic. Perhaps they would work for more computer savvy people but they were not right for me.

Could have been better
This headset is not bad for the price though truth be told I've not much to compare it to. The construction seems quite good and the single cord from the earpiece is welcome; comfort is quite good with the padded ear cups and head band. Audio reproduction is decent. Big down vote for the microphone though; poor fidelity and a constant low-level hum.

Very comfortable earphones.
Love the volume control. The ear pieces are very comfortable. This is my second Logitech headset. The earpads on the first set deteriorated.

Tight on Ears
I was hopeful in ordering this headset but I did not find it comfortable for extended use. After about a half-hour wearing it I could feel real pressure against my ears. Needless to say I returned the product.
